As mentioned above, I have been using the TRX Suspension Trainer on the road now for 3 months. I am continually amazed at the quality of the workouts that I have been able to perform from my hotel room our outside. In 25-30 minutes, I have been able to squeeze in tremendously effective and efficient full body workouts. Of course there are some days when I feel like just stretching or maybe focusing on the core. This is no problem as there are literally hundreds of different TRX Suspension Trainer exercises to choose from.
